Happy New Year!

Last month we polled our customers asking for feedback on how to improve our site and products. Based on the results, here's our plan for 2012:

• More Download Options - When given the choice between offering texture packs, CD/DVD's or membership plans, over 90% voted for texture packs. The demand was so high for texture packs we worked hard to make them available immediately. We now have nine themed texture packs available for download! Each pack contains 15 large images (3300px x 2200px) for just $10. That's just 67 cents per image! 
• More Wide Angle Shots - Many customers said they want to see wider angle shots in our library. Wide angle textures make great backgrounds for portrait photography. In 2012 we'll make sure to include a better mix of perspectives.
• More Vertical Textures - Our textures are displayed horizontally in the gallery. Once downloaded, they can easily be rotated for vertical layouts. However, as many of you pointed out, some patterned textures (like brick) don't look right when rotated. We'll start including more vertical shots this year.

• Twitter and Facebook Updates - Grunge Textures now has dedicated Facebook and Twitter pages. Follow us and we'll keep you in the loop regarding new texture updates, special discounts and other useful information!
